BOARDING POLICIES & PROCEDURES

DEPOSIT

Your reservation is not confirmed until receipt of a non refundable deposit of one day stay in the room reserved. This payment does apply towards your invoice total and is due within 48 hours of our acknowledgement via email or your request will be removed from our records. You may choose to save ac credit card on file. By saving your credit card details you are authorizing Tri State Pet Care, LLC to charge your deposit of one day boarding stay.


PAYMENT

Your remaining balance is due when you pick up your pet. We accept checks, cash, money order, and all major credit cards. Make checks payable to Tri State Pet Care, LLC. Please leave tips in cash, or you can mail the company with tips. Our mailing address is: 10045 Leetown Rd, Kearneysville, WV 25430.


CANCELLATIONS

*NOTE: If you cancel at any time, you will be forfeiting a one days stay in the room reserved. Therefore, it will not be refunded or credited to your account.

BOARDING HOURS:


Our boarding facility is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We schedule drop offs and pick ups between the hours of 9am-11:30am and 4:30pm-6pm.


SAME DAY SERVICE REQUESTS

All boarding requests sent in with less than 24 hours notice are subject to an additional $15 fee.


VETERINARIAN APPOINTMENTS AND EMERGENCIES

All pets must have an Authorization Form on file, to receive medical care if deemed necessary. All clients will be held responsible for all charges incurred during the visit, as well as the transportation cost to and from the appointment. 

For Boarding Services at the Farm

All puppies should follow a vet recommended vaccine schedule.

The purpose of Tri State Pet Care is to provide a safe, fun, and a stimulating social environment for dogs 7-days a week. To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests comply with the following rules and regulations.


AGE

All dogs must be 12 weeks of age or older. All dogs must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play.


VACCINATIONS

All puppies should follow a vet recommended vaccine schedule.

All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations. Rabies is required for puppies over 4 months of age.


HEALTH

All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.


BEHAVIOR

All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s). Please remember, your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern.


SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

Drop off and pick up time are all done by appointment only between 9am-11:30am and 4:30pm-6pm. We understand that travel plans may change, so we require a 2-hour call advance with arrival time. If you come without an appointment, we may not be able to provide service and are not responsible for incurred charges.


DROP OFF & PICK UP

All drop off and pick up time must be pre scheduled between the hours of 9am-11:30am or 4:30pm-6pm.


Grooming is done by appointment only between the hours of 9-5

DOG INTERACTIONS
If you opt for your pet to play with others in our Doggy Day Camp, we are not responsible for any injury to your pets, for any reason. If you do not want to assume the risk we recommend you do not allow your pet to interact with others during their stay.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY
If your pet has a history of scratching, chewing, biting, or tearing up beds; you are required to tell us in advance, and you will be responsible for anything that needs replaced due to your dog. We will try to provide the best space for your pet, and if you have a highly anxious pet we recommend you use our in home service.
