The best and most efficient way to make a reservation is through the website or send us an email at andrea@tristatepetcare.com. You may also send your regular sitter a text message. You may also reserve a space or pet visit by calling our office @ 304.725.7336. Please try to avoid calling the mobile phone unless it is an emergency. We do take same day request so please, when necessary, call the mobile phone. Always confirm your trip 24-48 hours before your departure. Print any documents that need to be updated. We advise that you at the very least fill out a trip advisor form each and every time you travel so there is never any miscommunication. Please be specific of your pets needs. Please allow 24-48 hours when leaving messages, as we are on the go a lot and we do not want to call during unreasonable hours.
